Every contract has an end date

77,916 UK public sector contracts have a published end date in the next four years. Each one is a re-tender with a date already attached, sitting in public data that almost nobody reads.

The incumbent has known their date since the day they signed. Everyone else finds out when the new tender appears, by which point the specification is written. That gap is the whole opportunity.
