Tender Radar is provided by Professor AI Holdings (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Governing law is England and Wales.
Tender Radar delivers daily scored digests of UK public-sector procurement opportunities, renewal intelligence, and competitor monitoring, based on a profile you provide. We configure the service for you on signup.
New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. During the trial your payment method will not be charged. After 30 days, your subscription renews automatically at the price you selected (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time during the trial without charge. If you cancel after the trial you retain access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel any paid subscription from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, email admin@theprofessor.info.
You may use Tender Radar for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or its output. You may not attempt to circumvent technical controls, scrape data, or use the service to infringe third-party rights.
The Tender Radar platform, scoring algorithms, and design are owned by Professor AI Holdings. Procurement data is sourced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Your organisational profile data remains yours.
We provide procurement intelligence as a digest service, not legal or procurement advice. We do not guarantee that all opportunities are captured or that scores are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use puts the service or other users at risk. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
