eSourcing platform
ProContract (Proactis / Due North)
Also known as Due North, Proactis, supplier live.
The most widely used shared eSourcing system in UK local government. Hundreds of authorities publish and receive bids through a single supplier-facing site.

Who uses it
Local councils, housing associations, combined authorities, blue light services, some NHS bodies. Regional portals such as The Chest and YORtender sit on top of it.
Getting registered
One supplier account covers every buyer on the shared instance. Set your category codes and geographic coverage properly - alerts and select-list invitations depend on them.
Watch out for
The single login is the good news; the bad news is the interface hides opportunities behind category filters. If your codes are wrong you are invisible. Document upload has a per-file size limit that catches people out on the day.
